FedEx Meter Number Request Form

This form allows you to request a FedEx Internet Meter Number for your FedEx account. You only need one FedEx Meter Number per FedEx account. Please complete the form below and click the Request Meter Number button at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: if an error message is reported by the FedEx web site, please be sure you have entered all the required information below and that your FedEx Account Number is correct. If you don't have a FedEx Account Number, you need to obtain one before you may request an Internet Meter Number for your account. If you still require assistance, please contact FedEx by phone to obtain your Meter Number at 1-800-810-9073. They may ask you for the information presented on the error page.

Enter your phone number into this field. This field must only contain numbers. Do not enter dashes, spaces, or any other character. The maximum number of digits allowed in this field is 10 for USA and Canada phone numbers and 15 for all other countries.
