This section is used to define the actual shipping calculations to be used for each shipping method listed on the page.

Each shipping method has its own USA and NON-USA (International) shipping calculations which can be updated using this section of the store. The store displays (at the top of the page) which type of shipping calculations (USA or International) are currently be processed.

ABOUT THIS PAGE: the web page you are currently looking at shows you a list of the shipping method records currently defined for your store. Each "record" is shown on its own line, and each method has its own EDIT button.

NO ADD OR DELETE BUTTONS: This section is only used to make changes to the shipping calculation records for each shipping method. There is nothing to ADD or DELETE from this section and therefore there are no ADD NEW or DELETE buttons on this page. To add or delete a shipping method, please return to the Main Menu and select the option for configuring shipping methods.

DEFAULT SETTINGS: When you first setup up a shipping method, the store uses a default setting of "No Shipping Calculations are to be done" for both the USA and NON-USA calculation records. To activate calculations for a shipping method, you need to use this section of the store to setup (activate) shipping calculations for each shipping method.

This needs to be done for BOTH the USA and NON-USA shipping calculation records. There are two options (one for USA and one for International) on the Main Menu for accessing and defining the shipping calculation records.

SOME SHIPPING METHODS MAY NOT BE DISPLAYED: when you define a shipping method for your store, you are asked to indicate whether or not the shipping method is available for orders being sent to USA destinations as well as NON-USA (International) destinations.

When you access the USA or NON-USA shipping calculations section of the store, only those shipping methods "allowed" for that section (USA or NON-USA) will be displayed. In other words, if you are, for example, accessing USA shipping calculations, then the store will only list the shipping methods that are currently "active" for USA destinations.

NOTE: Coupon savings and purchase discounts are deducted before sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and added to the customer's order.
