This section is used to control which coupon codes are active and what amount of discount the customer is to receive.

This Page: the web page you are currently looking at shows you a list of all of the coupon codes currently defined for your store. Each coupon's "record" is shown on its own line, and each coupon has its own EDIT and DELETE buttons. If the list is empty, it means you have not defined any coupons (yet) - click the ADD NEW button to add the first coupon.

Status: also shown on this page is the coupon's "current status". If it's set to "Active", the coupon is currently valid and a customer may enter its code during checkout. If it's set to "Terminated", the coupon is no longer valid and cannot be used by customers during checkout.

NOTE: coupon records can be set to automatically expire (terminate) at some point in the future (by calendar date).

To add a new coupon to the list, click on the ADD NEW button.

To change an existing coupon, click the EDIT button shown to the right of the coupon's information. NOTE: each coupon listed has its own EDIT button.

To delete an existing coupon, click the DELETE button shown to the right of the coupon's information.

NOTE: if you ever need to quickly turn off or terminate all active coupon codes, just return to the Store Coupon control screen and turn off (deactivate) coupons for the entire store.
