E-Mail List - Send Email

Use this screen to send e-mail to selected groups of addresses in your marketing database. Complete the fields below and click the Send Email button.

CAUTION - be sure to check with your hosting company to make sure it's ok that you use this feature. Some hosting providers have very strict polices against the sending any form of bulk email.

Required fields are indicated below with a star * after their field name.
Status Selection*
 Active and Verified
Pending Verification
Terminated by Store Manager
Unsubscribed by Customer

Please select one of the available status codes. This setting indicates which set of address records you want to send e-mail to. Normally, you should only send mail to "Active and Verified" E-mail addresses.

Address Source*
 From E-Mail List Signup
From Customer Orders
From Both Sources

Select which "subset" of addresses you want to send to. This allows you to control which type of customer receives a copy of this email.

Email Title*

Enter the e-mail subject / title in this field.

Email Message*

Enter the e-mail message text in this field. This field can contain HTML if need be. Please read the online HELP for special features and tips regarding how to use this field.
Include Remove Information*

Indicate whether or not remove instructions and the remove link should be added to the end of the e-mail being sent.

Reply-To Email Address*

Enter the e-mail address that should be used as the "Reply To" address when the e-mail is sent.

Send Test Email*
Yes
No

If you want to ONLY send a test email to the Reply-To Email Address entered above, click the YES option. Otherwise, click the NO option to send the e-mail to your customers.

Depending on the size of the list to send email to, this function may take a while to complete. Therefore, only press the Send Email button one time and allow it to finish.
