E-Mail List Menu


The store allows you to collect customer e-mail addresses for marketing purposes. This menu allows you to activate this feature, control how it works, add/update customer email addresses, and send email to your list. Please be sure to read the online help throughout this section for assistance and additional information.


	Setup
1.	Email List Setup and Control
	This allows you to activate and control the E-mail List features for your store.

	Maintenance
2.	Selection String:
	Enter a full or partial email address and click the Show List button. The store will then display a list of matching addresses and allow you to edit them. Enter @ or . to view all addresses on the list.

	Marketing
3.	Send Email to List
	Use this option to send email to all active and verified email addresses in your mailing list.

	Utilities
4.	Import Customer Email Addressed from Orders
	Run this option one time before you send email to your list. This is needed to import customer email addresses from your previous order files. Future orders will automatically be included.

5.	Remove Unverified (Pending) Addresses
	Removes pending email addresses over 48 hours old from your marketing database.

6.	Display Address Counts and Download Data
	Displays statistics regarding the contents of your marketing database and allows you to download email addresses.
