Use this feature to update your e-mail marketing database with customer email addresses from your order files. This feature looks through the order files to find new email addresses from PROCESSED and SHIPPED orders that are not already stored in the marketing database.

Depending on the size of your order files, this process may take a few minutes to complete. To run this utility, click the CONTINUE button below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: starting in V3.3 of the store, all orders who status is changed to PROCESSED or SHIPPED will have their email address added to the marketing database automatically. If you have orders that existed before V3.3 (or later) was installed, you will need to run this option ONLY one time to import the email addresses from the previous orders. All future order status changes you make (to PROCESSED or SHIPPED) will have the order's email address included in this database automatically.
