Affiliate System Setup
Default Affiliate Commission Rates
Required fields are BOLD with a star * after their name.
These fields control how commissions are calculated for NEW affiliates that sign-up for your program. The data in these fields will be copied to each new Affiliate account and used for commission calculations. If you change these fields, they will only affect NEW Affiliate accounts that are created from this point forward. All existing Affiliate accounts will not be affected or changed.

Affiliate Sign-up Control
Access URL*
http://www.yourstore.com/Qstore/Qreferrals.cgi
This field displays the store's Affiliate Access URL (web address) that your Affiliates must use to access or join your Affiliate Tracking System.
Sign-up Page HTML*

If you wish to customize the Affiliate Sign-up page, please use this HTML enabled field. If you wish to reset it back to the store's default sign-up page, just clear this field and click the UPDATE button.

Terms and Conditions*

Enter your Affiliate Program's Terms and Conditions. This text will be displayed on the Affiliate Sign-up Page and may contain HTML commands if needed. If you wish to reset this field back to the store's default terms and conditions, just clear it and click the UPDATE button.

Sign-up Result Message*

This field contains the "signup result message" that will be shown to the Affiliate when they complete their sign-up. This field may contain HTML commands. If you wish to reset this field back to the store's default text, just clear it and click the UPDATE button.

Affiliate Account Verification
Email Format*

The store sends various types of email to your Affiliates. When it does, there are two types of "e-mail formats" available. This setting tells the store which format you want to use when sending email to your Affiliates.

Verification Email Title*

Use this field to control the title of the verification e-mail that is sent to the Affiliate to validate their e-mail address.

If you wish to reset this field back to the store's default text, just clear this field and click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.

Verification Email Text*

This field contains the body text for the verification e-mail's sent to Affiliates who join your program. If you wish to reset this field back to the store's default text, just clear it and click the UPDATE button.

Verification Email Return Address*
Enter the e-mail address that should be used as the "Reply To" address when the verification e-mail is sent to the Affiliate.
Verification Result Message*

Enter the text to display on the results page immediately after the Affiliate verifies their e-mail address by clicking on the link contained in the verification e-mail.

If you wish to reset this field back to the store's default text, just clear this field and click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.

E-mail Address Removal
Removal Instructions*

When you send bulk email to your Affiliates, this field allows you to add "email list removal" instructions at the end of the email. Enter the removal instructions you would like to add to the outgoing email that you will be sending to your Affiliate list. If you wish to reset this field back to the store's default text, just clear it and click the UPDATE button.

Result Page Message*

Enter the text to display on the results page immediately after the Affiliate removes their e-mail address by clicking on the link added to the removal instructions.

If you wish to reset this field back to the store's default text, just clear this field and click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.

Store Manager Notification
Notification Email Address

If you would like to be notified (via email) when Affiliates activate a new account, enter an email address in the field above. If this field is blank, the store won't notify you of these events.
