Can I add my own wholesale products in my store?
Yes, up to 1.5 million products can be added at no additional charge.

How much control do I get?
You get 100 percent - You get full control on everything - what you want to sell - prices - what you want to place on sale etc.

What do I need to do to get my website up and running?
1. Do you have a merchant account? You will need one to accept credit cards.

2. You can also setup a PayPal account to accept payments, but their service acts more of a wire transfer service than a standard merchant account. Your customers will have to have a PayPal account of their own in order to send you money through paypal. PayPal is free but some customers may not want to deal with that, so having a merchant account to be able to accept their credit card is important.

3. You will need to advertise your site. Metatags, submitting your site to the search engines and other marketing techniques are important to driving traffic to your site. This takes time to build a decent online presence so you must remain patience and do your homework. A good place to start is right inside your HELP section under Basic Store Administration. Go down to where you see Global Search Engine Meta tags and click on the link"click here for more information on using meta tags". The main thing to remember is to focus in on a niche market. When I talk about a niche market I mean that the more narrow of a focus you have on what you are selling will give you better placement in the search engines. If you do a search on "gifts" you will see thousands upon thousands of listings. So the important thing is to focus on something that isn't as heavily populated. The sites you see out there that are high up in the search engines are sites that have been around for a long time. So having patience and working with your site and keeping it online is one major factor to getting high placement. The more links of your site you have on other websites will help as well. What happens if I run out of storage space?

Yes and No, they are updated by each owner thru our software which only takes a few moments. All the pages are Dynamic, which means they load faster, and are generated as you browse.

What are the reoccurring fees?

Does the site include the gateway support needed to except credit cards or will we still need to set up a merchant account?
Gateways are supported, but you still need a merchant account. You can however, use PayPal or ProPay.

Can we add our own products to the site and is there FTP access to our files?
You can add, delete or modify any product. You can sell products from any vendor. You do have FTP access, but you do not need it to maintain your site because our software will send all files up for you.

Can I host this site on my own domain? Or do I need to host with you?
You will have your own Domain Name, but you must host it with us.
